One-week, non-contact football camp in partnership with the City of Raleigh’s Parks & Recreation Department. The camp focuses on football basics — safety, hand-eye coordination, agility, leadership, team accountability and trust. However, this is for boys AND girls ages 6-15 years old who are interested in learning about sportsmanship and leadership. The camp is a great introduction to football but is well suited to soccer, baseball and softball players. Highlights include station drills, visits by high school, college and professional athletes / coaches, and a true “Game Day” experience on Friday, the final day of camp. Terrence and Torry Holt, former NC State and NFL stars, will lead the one-week camp.
